So how does this all work?
One of an organization’s biggest fears is giving up total control of their public image. With us you can rest assured that nothing will ever be updated or posted to any site or account without you initiating and approving the request. We become an extension of you, representing you with the utmost of integrity and trust. We understand that you are simply too busy running your organization to keep a website up to date or update multiple social media accounts. Let us worry about that for you! Just say what you want to happen, and then consider it done without you having to worry about a thing! To this end, access to the domain account will not be provided under any circumstances or situations and all domain ownership will default to Starlight Studios L.L.C. This is necessary in order to preserve the pristine nature of a fully functional environment for the website representing your brand or organization to shine!
What about payments and annual renewals?
We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Cashier’s Check, or Cash. Payments are due by the first of the month and cover services for the same month. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, unless they are for an incorrect amount.
At the end of your subscription year, you will have the option to either renew the subscription for another year or cancel your services. Please see the next section for information about cancellation. If you choose to renew you will be charged a fee to extend the life of the domain account for another year. All previously selected subscriptions will remain intact for the renewal.
What if I want to cancel services?
In the unlikely event that you no longer find value in our services you always have the option to cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation any related items that were created or maintained via their respective service tiers will cease to be updated for the remainder of the one year of domain life. If within that period of time you find that you need to restart your services you will be allowed to do so one time only for a reactivation fee of $150.00.
If after cancelling your subscription but prior to domain expiration, you find that you need a modification or service performed on your account but you would not like to restart subscription services you can request single changes for a fee of $150.00 per change plus the cost of the change that you are requesting. The cost of the change will be provided to you on a case by case basis upon request.
Finally if you have cancelled your subscription and the domain is about to expire at the end of its year, but you would still like to extend for another year you will be charged a domain renewal fee. If you choose not to extend the domain life then at its expiration time, any website was created through the Website Essentials plan will be deactivated at that time. Also any email addresses that were created as a part of the Webcare tiers will be deactivated and will no longer be able to accept or send email traffic.
Are there any discounts available?
You have the option upon signup or renewal to pay for a year of services upfront which will result in a discount of 10% off the total cost for a year of services for your selected tier levels. If you choose to pay month to month you will be charged at the full rate each month.
Please be aware that the payment upfront for the entire year is non refundable even if you cancel services within the one year period.
How can I contact you as a customer?
Once your account is established you will have an email to use for all of your service requests. You will also be given a phone number that can contact us directly should the need arise.
